Happy Wednesday

All of my blogging friends.

I have been pretty busy this past week. I finally seem to be falling back into the regular routine. Summer kinda threw me off a bit - and I didn't even know it. But it's nice to have my daughter back in school and back to a regular schedual. Hope everyone else is doing good aswell.

Today is new challenge day at : Fab 'n Funky

This week's challenge is a recipe challenge.

Hey Y'all

It's Wednesday and today is none other than a new challenge at :

Fab 'n Funky

This weeks challenge is to create a project that is hard for you. The interprettation is totally up to you. It may be a new technique that is hard for you, a hard theme or a concept that you shy away from. Either way, this week is sure to get the juices flowing.

I decided to go with a Sympathy card. Always needed and I have a really hard time making them. I settled on this little cutie :

Oh Baby!!

Good Morning,

Hope that everyone is enjoying their Sunday. Isn't Sunday the best??!!

I woke up this morning with a sore back. My husband got a new T.V. and he needed my help carrying it up the stairs last night. Between the t.v. and the stand, my back is killing me. But any hoo, I don't have much on the go today so a little R & R will definitly be in order.

Okay, well, enough about that!!!

Let's get on to the good stuff. I am in need of a few baby cards in my stash so I thought I would play along with the current challenge at Really Reasonable Ribbon : I Got You, Babe.

We Remember the Moments

This morning my snoring was driving my dear husband crazy so I got out of bed early and had a few hours of quiet crafting. It was great. I managed to create a few cards and I am going to show you one now.

Back to School - Cool Blue

Hello lovely ladies (and gentlemen - if there are any...)

Today I am going to show you a fun and cute card that I made for my niece. She lives in Alberta, Canada and has already gone back to school but I haven't mailed this off yet. What can I say, better late than never.

I always like to get my nieces a little something for back to school. This year was no differrent. I phoned my sister and asked what she thought I should get for my niece this year. She is 9. She said that the best thing I could do was to make her some beaded bracelets and send them up. (I was with my niece in the summer and we made beaded stretchy bracelets and apparantly she has not taken hers off since we saw her. LOL) So thats what I did. I made about 10 of them and they are going in the mail today.

Blue is my niece's favourite color so I hope she likes this.
