I love the colors in this card. A little unusual - like me :)

I also got the chance to use some more of my new buttons

Birthdays Are The Best!

Tonight I am going to show you a cheerful birthday card.

I had a few jumping of inspirations :

Here is my take :

It was nice to actually break out some of my lonely, lonely colored inks. I always seem to gravitate to my brown and black ink. I have a rather large assortment of colored ink, (which always turn out fab) but I always seem to forget about them?

Spring Joy

I had a little time to play at my crafting table.
(a.k.a. the dining room table)

and I am going to show you one of the cards that I created.

I just love the springy colors. It's so cheerful!!

Another detail that I love is the ribbn slider cupcake.

You Make Me Smile!

Hey Everyone,

This afternoon I was browsing through some of my favourite blogs. One of my friends had posted a card she made using some of her new buttons.  And I remembered that I had also bought some new buttons and it sparked the need for me to want to break them out!!

 I created a card using the new CPS Sketch and some new Nikki Sivils patterned paper.

Love this little turtle.

Well, my computer has been giving me troubles and it has taken me over an hour to post this, so I gotta run!!

I'm A Neglectful Blogger...

Happy Sunday Everyone,

I know, I know,

I have been M.I.A. for a few weeks. I have been super busy at work and that has left me with little time or energy for being creative. I am going to get "back in the saddle" soon.

I thought I would share a couple cute pics from last weekend. I took a girls weekend with my daughter, mom and sister. It was full of shopping, laughs and good times. We went to Seattle and did all of the fun touristy things.
