Lucky Number 7!!

So everyone,
grab your coffee, or bevy of choice and sit down.
This may be a bit of a long post. I appoligize, but that's what happens when you haven't posted in a while and you REALLY love playing with challenges.
I have SEVEN cards to show today!!

I have been sick this weekend so I didn't have the energy to be on the computer. But last night I began feeling a little better and sat down to create. I love card making. I'm a little addicted. *wink*

I was putting together a package of cards for my brother and his girlfriend and so I counted the cards I have done - well, the ones that are upstairs and overflowing out of the 2 boxes I have for "finished" projects. I have 150 cards!! And that doesn't count the rubbermaid (FULL) in the garage!! Okay I'm a hoarder but this is one of my passions and it's just so enjoyable for me, hense why I'm always playing challenges. So enough rambling and onto the good stuff :

CARD # 1
This is for the color challenge over at : Color Throwdown

and I used the sketch from : OCC
CARD #2

This card was created using the color over at the : Color Dare

and the sketch from : OCC

and it also fits into the current challenge : FRIENDSHIP

CARD #3
I had this colored cupcake just sitting there waiting for it's turned to be used,
so I took the sketch over at : JUGS
and gave the cupcake a home.

CARD # 4
I created this card using the photo inspiration over at : Stampin Royalty
I made the flower pots and flowers using my cricut machine. I added the buttons and embroiderry floss and voila!! I really like this little trio.

CARD #5
this card was inspired by the color challenge over at : The Playdate Cafe

and then I brought it to life using the sketch from : The Sweet Stop

I think this will end up going to my mom - who loves sunflowers. (she even has a sunflower tattoo!!)
Flower Close-Up
colored with copics

CARD # 6
This sweet, simple card was created for the sketch at : Clean and Simple
(I was linking up the post and I realized that the "key" was to use circles!! OOPPS!! Ah well, I always was a rule breaker!! lol - note to self - read the WHOLE post next time)

I purchased this stamp from Stampin' Bella and I just thought it would pair so cute with these fishy brads. Then I just took my fine liner and hand drew the fish hook. Quick and simple but still cute!! Love it!!

And LUCKY # 7
For this final card today I used a sketch from : I{heart}2stamp

(on it's side)

Pheeewwwfff. We made it!! I told you it was going to be a marathon post. Maybe this week I will post more regularily so the posts don't get so long!! I can hope - anyways!!

Have a good night!!
~Alexis
