Blue Monocramatic

Last for the day...
It for 2 different challenges.
Cards Blog (love dovey - minus the red and pink)
~when I saw the sketch I knew I was going to go long. It's legal size - 3.5" x 9"~
(I love how this turned out. Using different shades of blue ribbon really brought this card some sparkle)
